I recently purchased an 82’ Hargrave and worked with Andy Aaron for about a year leading up to the purchase. It was the largest personal purchase I have ever made, and the experience couldn’t have been better, because of Andy, and his team at Galati. Andy is very passionate about what he does for a living. He enjoys every minute of it, and he makes the experience fun and as stress-free as possible. He is a zero pressure and stress kind of guy, and he genuinely wanted us to have a great experience acquiring the perfect boat for us. He travelled to New York once, and Florida twice, for viewing, sea trial, and delivery of the yacht to Port Everglades where it was loaded on a freighter, and shipped to us in Canada. He introduced us to surveyors, and a Caterpillar technician that did an absolutely incredible job, while he managed the process. He introduced us to a shipping company that did an absolutely incredible job, and he oversaw that process too. He did an incredible job in working with, and negotiating with, the seller’s broker. Andy has my business for life, and even better than that, we are now good friends. Galati was really great through the process as well. They helped me through every step, making sure all the paperwork was perfect and seamless, and giving me total confidence that my money on deposit was secure throughout. The entire experience with Andy and Galati could not have been better. Two thumbs up, way up!
