She features the three-stateroom interior, with high-gloss cherry woodwork and cabinetry, upgraded/updated natural stone counter-tops and vanities throughout, upgraded/updated Amtico teak & holly flooring throughout (except the salon), leather upholstery, and an expansive salon with dinette and low-profile galley forward, which provides the right mix of comfort and luxury for extended cruising. The master stateroom is amidships to starboard with walkaround queen bed, hanging locker, and en-suite head. The forward VIP stateroom has a centerline island berth and direct access to the second head, and the second guest stateroom to port features upper/lower berths, space for a washer/dryer, and private head access. The Hatteras 50 Convertible, with her raked lines and curved edges, features a glass-smooth ride and offers power options able to attain speeds approaching 38 knots. Below-decks, the standard arrangement includes a spacious three-stateroom, and a two-head layout. Both master and bow staterooms boast queen walk-around berths with storage below. The full galley features a standard under-counter drawer-style refrigerator and freezer, a four-burner cooktop and microwave / convection oven. For a more expansive salon, the optional midlevel galley provides additional space for entertainment in the salon. In either arrangement, the salon show-cases standard fluted wood valances with blinds, L-shaped lounge seating with rod storage, a coffee table, and an ice maker. The flybridge features a pod-style tournament console with a recessed electronics box, a top-loading insulated drink box, and rod storage. The extended flybridge overhang delivers expanded walking room while also providing a haven from the sun for those in the cockpit. The 135-square-foot cockpit area includes both seawater and freshwater washdowns, a bait and tackle center, a drop-in bait freezer, rod holders, and a large fish box with macerator pump.
