- 2 Engines
The Azimut 90-100 Jumbo Motoryacht, largest of this Italian company's fleet, combines an efficient, seakindly deep-V hull with exciting styling and sparkling performance. She features big saloon windows that provide unobstructed visibility even for seated occupants; interior detailing includes hand-crafted, hand-lacquered cherry wood and burl. Two accommodation plans are available for both the 90 and 100. The VIP emphasizes owner privacy, placing the stateroom fully forward on the main deck, leaving room on the lower deck for four spacious guest rooms. In contrast the LUXE features a big, comfortable, dining saloon on the main deck, and places the large owner's stateroom and three guest staterooms on the lower deck. The main difference between the 90 and the 100 is found all the way aft, in the transom. The 90 features a large, integral garage for a tender. The 100's garage is larger, accommodating one tender and two jet skis. In both cases the transom deploys hydraulically to horizontal, revealing auxiliary craft and creating a large swim platform. Since it isn't needed for tender stowage, the 90 - 100's full-beam flying bridge is completely devoted to comfort and entertainment. It's divided into three zones: forward is the helm and two semicircular seats, amidships there is a large dining area with seating for ten, and aft there is a relaxation area complete with Jacuzzi tub and sunbathing area. High grade Epacryn resin permits the company to offer a 10-year hull guarantee against osmosis. Propeller tunnels reduce shaft angle for better efficiency and a draft of just five-feet, six-inches. Lightweight FRP sandwich in the superstructure minimizes roll by reducing weight aloft. Specially designed structural fuel tanks increase living space, and new lead-based acoustical insulation materials, pioneered by the company's Benetti yard engineers, make those spaces remarkably quiet. Azimut even custom-designed the anchor to nest perfectly into the hull. All Azimut vessels are built using advanced construction materials, including special laminates with biaxial and triaxial glass fiber matting to ensure maximum strength with minimum weight, and the latest generation of isophthalic polyester resins to protect against osmosis. Azimut backs this up with a 5-year guarantee against osmosis and structural breakdown, accompanied by an engine manufacturer's 5-year guarantee. Azimut quality has been recognized by the receipt of the quality certification rating ISO 9001, a certification gained after passing the highly demanding series of tests and checks required by the authorities established in this area.
