VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Stepping aboard SHARON LEE from the Nautical Structures telescoping passerelle, which is located on the stern, starboard side, you step onto the main deck. Featuring a large teak table with built-in seating and 6 loose dining chairs, the space is shaded by the bridge deck. Non-skid, full walk around decks, and varnished caprails accentuate the entire main deck. Guest boarding gates are located to both port and starboard, with wind break doors also located on both sides for protection from the elements. Additional crew boarding entrance gates are located amidship on both side decks, giving the boat five access points to either enter or exit the vessel. Furthest forward, the bow features a large, built-in seating area as well as bosun’s locker. Looking aft from the main deck seating area, and accessed via gates on both sides, is a dual, teak staircase leading down to the teak swim platform and access to the lazarette and engine room.
Continuing forward from the aft main deck and entering through a centrally located door, you walk into SHARON LEE’s open and comfortable main salon. Accented by stunning, large windows, including floor to ceiling windows aft, the space is flooded by incredible natural light. Plush carpeting and modern, updated furniture, as well as rich, raised panel African mahogany give the space a comfortable and elegant vibe. A pop-up Samsung 55” television on the starboard side provides endless entertainment and overhead speakers provide outstanding sound quality throughout. For privacy, electric blinds are located on the entire main deck, hidden behind custom, upholstered valences.
The dining area is forward of the salon, featuring built-in buffets with marble accents on both the port and starboard sides. The custom, glass dining table seats up to eight guests, and features storage in the base. A built-in bar area is forward of the dining table, with gold plated sink and storage below. Port of the bar area is a built-in floor-to-ceiling cabinet showcasing stunning stemware. Forward of the dining area, also to port, is access to a side foyer and sliding door to the side deck, as well as the beautiful, large dayhead.
Moving forward from the dining area to starboard you enter into a hallway past a storage closet as well as access to the large doghouse which also houses an Ivation wine refrigerator. Across from the storage closet is a sliding door to access the side deck. Continuing forward there is a Sub-Zero wine under-counter refrigerator hidden into the wall and staircase to the pilothouse, both located to port.Continuing forward through the hallway you enter into the expansive country style galley with oversized island, featuring built-in storage and refrigeration. Stunning marble countertops and backsplash accentuate the space. The galley is a chef’s dream with Miele and Sub-Zero refrigeration, Dacor and Bosch appliances, large sink with disposal, and an exhaust fan over the cooktop that carries fumes outside the boat. Large windows illuminate the space, similar to the main salon, bringing the outdoors in. A large, built-in settee with large dining table provides the ultimate space for guests to enjoy a casual meal or place to sit, relax, and enjoy a chat with the chef or take in their favorite television show thanks to a wall mounted 42” Samsung Art Frame television. Access to the crews’ quarters is forward to starboard down a curved staircase.
Continuing on, back in the dining room and looking forward to starboard, is the generously sized guest staircase with handrail to the guest foyer and four guest staterooms located on the lower deck. Beginning forward, through double-entry doors, is the full-beam master stateroom, featuring a center line king-size bed with custom, upholstered headboard and storage below, as well as generously sized nightstands. A 42” wall mounted Samsung Art Frame television is located directly across from the bed. In addition to his and hers walk-in closets, which are located forward and flank both sides of the bed, built-in cabinetry and drawer storage on both sides of the stateroom provide generous storage for the owners. The port side of the cabin features a loveseat while the starboard side features a large desk with additional storage. A safe is located in a storage cabinet to starboard. Louvred plantation shutters allow natural light to come in through portholes on both sides. The ensuite is located starboard aft, featuring custom marble, his and hers sinks, and generous storage both below the sinks as well as in medicine cabinets above the counter. A spacious, glass, walk-in shower with stone seat oozes with elegance. The toilet is across from the double sinks and provides additional cabinet storage next to it.
Back in the lower guest foyer and moving aft, you first come upon the twin stateroom with over/under berths to port. Furthest aft and located next to each other, are the VIP queen stateroom to starboard and twin stateroom to port. These three staterooms all feature custom, upholstered headboards, full length hanging closets, plentiful drawer storage, safes, louvred plantation shutters, portholes, and wall mounted televisions. The VIP cabin also features nightstands on both sides of the bed as well as a wall mounted 42” Samsung Art Frame television. The en-suites for these staterooms are outfitted in the same marble as seen in the master ensuite, and feature glass-door showers, single sinks with plentiful storage both below the sink as well as above in medicine cabinets, and storage alongside the vanities. The twin stateroom features a shower/tub combination.
Back in the guest foyer, there are two closets, one housing a stackable Miele washer and dryer and the other for servicing the staterooms.Back on the starboard side main deck and up the teak and holly balustraded staircase, one arrives in the pilothouse, featuring updated electronics, a stainless and wood steering wheel for driving, and large windows for navigation. A large, raised, U-shaped seating area with table provides guest seating while underway and two Captain’s chairs provide comfort for those driving underway. Plentiful storage for charts and flags is provided below the seating area.
Moving up from the pilothouse, via a set of stairs and through a sliding hatch, one enters onto the flybridge with custom built hardtop. A large driving station is located centerline with Captain’s chair and is flanked by two built-in guest seating areas and wing stations. An eisenglass enclosure provides protection from the elements. A sink, icemaker, and two refrigerator drawers to port provide convenient guest amenities. To starboard is built-in storage. Moving further aft are two generously sized dining areas that face each other, with built-in bench seating and loose chairs. Further aft and to center is the Jacuzzi, with surrounding sunpads to stretch out and catch some rays. Overhead, four sunshades provide protection from the elements, with coverage available over the dining areas and Jacuzzi. Furthest aft is the 4,000 lb Nautical Structures davit, and two jet skis.
Access to the crew’s accommodations is via a curved staircase with a handrail, accessed from the starboard side of the galley. The captain’s cabin is located in the bow and features a raised, double berth bed with plentiful storage underneath. Just outside the Captain’s cabin to port is the main crew head with large, glass shower and bench seat. A spacious vanity, sink, and toilet round out the space. The remaining crew cabin with over/under twin berths is located aft of the crew head. The crew mess, located to starboard, features a built-in bench seating area with table, crew galley with refrigerator and microwave, and a stackable Miele washer and dryer. An additional crew head with vanity and toilet is also accessed from the crew galley.
The lazarette, accessed from the swim platform through the transom door and down a set of stairs, features plentiful storage and access to the generator room. From the lazarette, one enters into the impeccably maintained engine room, featuring CAT3412E engines, KiloPak generators, and an Atlas shorepower converter. SHARON LEE also features Koopnautic Sea Rocq stabilizers, three Marine Air chillers, Matrix watermaker, and Headhunter sewage system. The engine room is incredibly accessible, providing easy and comfortable access to equipment.
