Garlington Landeweer is one of the preeminent custom sport fishing brands in the world. The company was founded by Richard Garlington in the early 80’s because he wanted to build better performing yachts than what was being offered by custom production manufacturers at the time. His vision was to design boats with softer riding hulls and strong running surfaces that could take heavy seas and still maintain a dry comfortable ride. “Osprey” is a shining example of this philosophy in real life. Like other Garlington yachts, she is built with a carefully engineered selection of cored composites including fiberglass and kevlar. The cored hulls on Garlingtons are therefore stiffer, lighter, and quieter than competitive production yachts of the same size. And they ride better….significantly better! “Osprey” cruises at a fast 30kts at 2000 RPM’s with economical 800hp MAN Common Rail engines. Her top speed is 36kts. Her conscientious owner has taken wonderful care of her during his ownership and has had all servicing preformed by Galati Yachts in Anna Maria, FL. “Osprey” is in excellent condition and ready for inspection by the discerning buyer.
