2001 Cabo 45 Express

Royalties is a 2001 45’ Cabo Expressed powered by twin 800 HP MAN D2848LE403 diesel engines. She has been consistently captain maintained since the current owner bought her in 2012. Her engine room is very well kept and easy to navigate unlike many other express style boats. Royalties’ command deck is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Furuno electronics, auto-pilot, single lever Palm Beach Style engine controls, Stidd helm chairs, and white vinyl upholstered L-shaped seating. Accessing the salon from the helm deck via a sliding door and stairs, you will find a spacious starboard galley and a plush U-shaped wraparound lounge to port. The flatscreen TV conceals the controls for the 200 gph watermaker. Just forward of the galley on the starboard side you find the roomy head compartment, which includes a full-size stand-up shower enclosure, vanity with sink and faucet, mirrored backsplash with sliding overhead storage, and a comfortable Vacuflush head. Moving from the head compartment forward you will find a centerline queen island-berth with overhead rod storage to port and starboard, as well as two cedar-lined hanging lockers. Royalties bottom received a complete makeover in 2019, in which she was sanded down to the factory gel-coat, and received 2 coats of Interlux 2000 Primer and 2 coats of Interlux Bottomkote NT. The new Veem 5-blade Interceptor props and all running gear were coated with Prop Speed during that time as well.
