***PRELIMINARY LISTING***

MERO is a stellar example of the Marlow design. A classic trawler with a handsome dark blue hull, cream topsides, teak decks and varnished cap rail and hand rails. Her extensive and constant maintenance have resulted in her impeccable condition. Abundant upgrades have continuously been done.

While classic in design, MERO has added environmental features that make her a stand out in green technology. A sophisticated resin infusion process-RIVAT (Resin Infusion Vacuum Assisted Transfer) in the hull and stringers along with improved interior design, removes substantial weight and improves efficiency and performance. Add to that, the 8 low profile, mono-crystalline Suntech solar panels, located on MERO’s hardtop and you have a serious step into the fusion of yachting and green technology. Dual stairways lead up from the swim platform to the aft deck and a centerline, watertight transom door opens to the lazarette, crew's quarters and engine room. The aft deck has overhead cover from the extended boat deck and is open on three sides. A stairway to port leads to the boat deck. There is bench seating and a teak table for at fresco dining. Centerline double doors open to the main salon. Immediately to port is a wet bar with refrigerator/icemaker, wine cooler and storage cabinet. The interior is paneled in teak with a teak and holly sole. Two white leather settees are to port and starboard each flanked with teak end tables. There is a handsome teak coffee table in the center. Forward is a custom teak cabinet which serves as the room divider, china storage and entertainment center. To starboard is private stairway access to the master suite and to port are 2 steps leading up to the open galley/pilothouse.

The teak cabinetry in the galley is accented with black granite countertops. There are full size appliances, a sizable work counter and pantry in a U configuration. To port is a stairway to the flybridge, while the stairway fully forward to starboard accesses the guest cabins. Port and starboard doors open to the exterior. The open layout of the pilothouse and galley w/pilot and co-pilot Stidd helm chairs and an L-settee and hinged dining table to port of the helm provide inclusion for all while underway.

The exterior main deck is teak with overhead cover. A center gate forward from the Portuguese Bridge leads to the foredeck. There is bench seating with storage below to either side of the gate. The starboard side stairway in the pilothouse leads below to the guest cabins. The master suite can also be accessed from the below deck foyer. The VIP cabin is forward and there is a guest cabin with over/under berths to port. Both cabins have an en suite head w/shower. A second entry door in the foyer accesses the VIP en suite head giving it dual purpose as a day head.

The master suite is full beam amidship with king centerline berth, dressing table and cedar lined hanging lockers to port, as well as entry to the en suite head & shower. To starboard is a large chest of drawers, storage lockers and a private stairway from the main salon. A Toshiba flat screen TV is mounted on the forward bulkhead.
