The Valhalla Boatworks V-55 sets a new standard for mid-size boats, combining the qualities of a luxury sportfishing yacht and a large center console. With speed, maneuverability, and ample space, it offers unparalleled luxury and performance in its class.
The Valhalla 55 rides on the patented Stepped-V Ventilated Tunnel (SVVT) from Michael Peters Yacht Design — the largest center console on the market to utilize the most advanced and effective stepped-hull design.
The fishing features of the Valhalla V-55 include twin insulated fish boxes located on either side of the centerline Seakeeper hatch, easily accessible in the impeccably finished white gelcoat lazarette. This vessel excels in a range of activities, from offshore tournaments to leisurely cruises. Boasting a 1,200-gallon fuel capacity and an efficient electric fuel management system, the V-55 provides unmatched power and reliability. The streamlined helm layout ensures excellent visibility, safeguarded by a ProCurve glass enclosure.
The Valhalla V-55 boasts dual rows of luxurious forward-facing seating under the sleek hardtop, complete with fiberglass seating modules perched on an elevated teak platform. The second row offers convenient refrigerated drink boxes and cozy footrest areas, with the flexibility for various seating arrangements. Expansive side decks guide you to the bow, where additional seating and a versatile convertible bow table await, offering a multitude of relaxing options for your enjoyment.
At 15 feet, 6 inches, the 55 Valhalla has more beam than any other center console in its class. This brings a host of advantages on deck and in the cabin. Dual 65-gallon live wells anchor the V-55’s spacious cockpit, with the option for flip-down transom seats in the corners. Below deck, the cabin offers luxurious amenities, including a 6 feet, 10 inches headroom, a feature-rich galley, L-shaped lounge, and convertible bunk. The private stateroom features a walk-around queen bed, ensuite head, and separate shower, with a bunk area aft for additional sleeping space.
The V-55 boasts meticulous fit and finish, with hatches designed for optimal functionality. Doors and lids are gelcoat-finished using Light Resin Transfer Molding, and top-shelf Gemlux hardware is used throughout. Taking advantage of Viking’s vertical integration, the V-55 offers customizable tower options and a range of fishing and navigational features. Factory-installed electronics packages from Garmin or Simrad are available, with custom installations from Viking subsidiary Atlantic Marine Electronics also offered.
