This year, the 15th annual Asia Boating Awards took place on April 10, 2019, at the Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, in front of the Singapore Yacht Show. Created by Asia-Pacific Boating and China Boating magazines in 2005, the annual Asia Boating Awards are the most renowned yachting awards across the world. The awards serve as a benchmark for the industry in the Asia-Pacific region. This year, the luxury yacht builder Prestige Yachts was honored to receive an award at the opening ceremony for the newest model added to the S-Line. The new 520S Prestige Yacht took home “best sports cruiser up to 55 feet.

The Prestige 520S is distinguished by her powerful hull, designed for dependable high performance and excellent handling at sea. This 50′ S-line has real character, distinguishing itself on the water with her sporty-chic style. True to the line, she features an incomparable open design. With her generous interior volume, the Prestige 520S lends herself to easy, enjoyable entertaining.
The 520 also offers a specific hull for an optimal propulsion performance, notable thanks to the POD system. Finely tapered, V-shaped, planing hull and engines placed slightly forward for optimum weight distribution. The hull shape was developed for POD propulsion IPS 600. Linked to the POD propulsion, the joystick control allows excellent maneuverability.
