Viking Training for Better Customer Service
Specialists from Galati Yacht Sales, Viking, and Valhalla gathered together October 11th and 12th in New Jersey for the annual Master’s Training. It highlighted several educational benefits for our team, including in-depth factory tours of Mullica and Viking, informative brand presentations, along with a few leisurely and networking affairs. Viking Hands-on Experience
The Viking & Valhalla Masters Training provided the attendees with hands-on experience for a variety of different model-related processes, including what types of materials go into making each boat, such as the boat molds and types of wood. Another key process that was covered was the building procedure from start to finish, including updates on the all-new Viking 90 and Valhalla V55. Lastly, each individual component of each model was reviewed, which displayed how the Viking build process is arguably better than any other production line sportfish.
