$1 Million 5-axis Profiler | Valhalla Boatworks
A major part of their success is their $1 million 5-axis profiler. This advanced machine saves time, reduces wear on tools, and increases the accuracy of contours during the boat-building process. It allows for cost-effective and efficient manufacturing of the V-Series center consoles. For example, the profiler was used to shape the hull mold for the V-Series, resulting in boats with exceptional performance.

This machine not only saves time but also reduces tool wear and improves the precision of the boat’s contours. It enables efficient and cost-effective production of the V-Series center consoles. Check out the finished product, the V-41 center console, powered by four 400 HP Mercury Verados. It boasts a top speed of over 70 mph and a range of more than 500 miles at 45 mph.
