Advanced Propulsion System

One of the standout features of the 82 Viking is its advanced propulsion system, including a twisted rudder and struts for enhanced performance. Anticipated to match the speed capabilities of the 80 Viking, this new model boasts a cruise speed of 36 knots and a top-end speed of 42 knots with a full tank of fuel. As the fuel load decreases, the 82 Viking is expected to reach speeds exceeding 43 knots, with cruise speeds nearing 37 knots.

230 Square-Foot Cockpit – 82 Viking

The spacious five-stateroom, six-head world-traveler provides ample room in the cockpit and a larger mezzanine for increased storage. With an extended lounge to starboard, the just under 230 square feet cockpit is equipped with everything you need to elevate your yachting experience to the next level. Inside, revel in the luxurious natural walnut finishes, bask in the abundant natural light, and delight in the expansive layout featuring three distinct gathering spaces.

Engine Room Bliss

The engine room showcases a sleek Snow White Awlgrip finish, houses powerful 16-cylinder powerplants and 32 kW generators, and incorporates the Murray Ventilation System alongside cutting-edge technology for seamless and efficient operation. For those seeking additional enhancements, optional systems such as omnidirectional sonar and tuna tube bait are readily available to further elevate your yachting experience.

On Track For a Successful Launch

Thanks to Viking’s fiberglass technology, the 82 Viking maintains the same weight as its predecessor while incorporating improvements in construction and design. With successful weight checks and testing in the water, the 82 is on track for a successful launch.
