If you had the opportunity to attend the 2023 Miami International Boat Show, you would have been mesmerized by boats of all shapes and sizes on display. The event’s on-land activities were held at the newly revamped Miami Beach Convention Center and Pride Park, while the captivating in-water displays took place at Sea Isle Marina, One Herald Plaza, Museum Park Marina, and IGY Yacht Haven Grande at Island Gardens.
Galati Yacht Sales had an impressive lineup of brokerage vessels on display at Booth GADU4 at One Herald Plaza. In addition, some of our represented brands formally debuted a handful of all-new yacht models at the Miami International Boat Show – from the long-awaited 90 Viking to the high-performance 55 Valhalla, to the first motor yacht catamaran in the M-line series by Prestige – it’s safe to say that innovation and design are something this show had. You can check out the full list of models that debuted at the 2023 Miami Boat Show by continuing reading below.
With just over 30 short years, Prestige has found a captive audience with now four diverse model lines. Adding to the model line and the first of its kind is none other than the M48. Launched in late 2022 at the Cannes Boat Show, Prestige’s stunning new M48 is a multihull catamaran that will be making its official North American debut at the Miami International Boat Show in 2023. Described as a “villa that opens onto the sea” by Camilo Garroni, Prestige Designer, this brilliant motor catamaran is truly in a class of its own, especially when it comes to the art of space.
With an interior volume equivalent to that of a 60-foot motor yacht and the deck surface now rectangular shaped, an optimized layout was brought into fruition – comprising of vast zones for relaxation on both the deck and flybridge, an owner’s suite worthy of that found on a 70’ vessel, and a bow that presents additional increased surface area and lounging room. Additionally, the M48 benefits from a wider beam than a monohull motor yacht of equal length, allowing for entirely unique guest cabins.

Heiring the throne of the 92 Viking and making her official world premiere at the 2023 Miami Boat Show, the Viking 90 is set to become the next king of large sportfishing yachts. The 90’s profile represents a synthesis of design traits from the 92, 80, and other modern Viking sportfishing yachts, as well as focused improvements on speed, performance, and aesthetics.
Dubbed the “Ferrari of Sportfish Yachts,” the new Viking flagship will have the latest lifting-strake design, a refined driveline, and prop pockets along with advanced propulsion systems. Additionally, performance was optimized through Computational Fluid Dynamics, a software system that allows the team to analyze and study pressure distribution, trim angle/tab effectiveness, and more. Three model options will be offered for the 90 Viking, including the Open Bridge, Viking 90 Enclosed Bridge, and Viking 90 Sky Bridge. All models utilize a spacious six-stateroom accommodation plan highlighted by a full-beam master suite.

Valhalla’s V55 is the newest flagship of the fleet. Valhalla Boatworks, owned and operated by Viking, entered the scene at full throttle in 2019 with their premiere of the V Series, which included three performance rate center consoles – the V-33, V-37, and V-41. The Valhalla 46 followed 18 months later, solidifying Valhalla as the top choice for high-performance premium center consoles.
The V-55 combines the speed, maneuverability, 360-degree on-deck access, and convenience of an outboard-powered center console with the engineering, accommodations, and conveniences of a Viking convertible. The V-55’s overall size – particularly its 15-foot 6-inch beam – allows for more fuel capacity, cockpit space, on-deck seating, and interior living accommodations than any other center console in its class.
Valhalla V55 Quick Specs:
LOA: 55ft 7in (16.94m)
Beam: 15ft 6in (4.72m)
Draft: 37ft (11.28m)

Making her Miami Show debut, the Princess X95 is the first of the X-line, bringing luxury, space, and an innovatively sleek design. At the core of the X95 is a unique concept for the interior space of the flybridge and main deck, both of which cover almost the full length of the yacht, creating the Super Flybridge – the X Class’s defining characteristic.
