Princess Yachts America Recognizes Galati Yachts Among Top Dealers
Princess Yachts America (PYA) held their 26th annual dealer meeting on August 27 for an incredible event of new model updates and tours, a year overview, and an awards ceremony. For the first time in their 26-year history, PYA was the top distributor for Princess Yachts worldwide. Boats sold in the last 12 months increased 55% compared to the year prior. Sales data also showed the Princess Y class and F class among the most popular. Princess as a whole, year to date, has the highest retail sales rate within the company’s history, averaging over 270 retail boats sold per year.
The unexpected increase in demand over the last year is largely due to the ongoing pandemic. Boating gave consumers precisely what they were looking for amid the predicament the world was facing. This circumstance, combined with the great products of Princess, their resilience, and enthusiasm, keeps the company going strong. Not to mention, the Princess customer experience is second to none. New Princess Model Updates & Debuts | Dealer Meeting
At the meeting, Princess Yachts announced many exciting updates on new models coming down the pipeline, including the all-new Y72. To date, nine models have been sold, with the next available in May 2023. With every inch of space utilized, while ensuring light open spaces throughout each deck, the Y72 includes design features comparable to larger Y Class yachts. Additionally, the first X80 is still in build and is scheduled to launch at the Dusseldorf Boat Show in January.
