Galati Yacht Sales, the exclusive dealer of Princess Yachts for the Gulf Coast is pleased to announce the 55 Flybridge. Evolving from the Princess 62, the Princess 55’s lines are sleek and classic with an emphasis on strong continuous feature lines underlining the confident character of the boat.
Step aboard her spacious main deck that flows seamlessly from the cockpit to lower helm station. The cockpit on the Princess 55 features a U-shaped seating/dining area. With a folding teak table that is perfect for alfresco dining or just enjoying being on the water.
The well-equipped aft galley on the Princess 55 allows for easy entertaining. Featuring an aft window connecting it to the cockpit. Forward of the galley is a salon. Featuring a U-shaped sofa with a table to port and a twin sofa opposite with a 49” UHD LED TV (with 3D capability). In addition, the lower helm station on the Princess 55 features a new design with fore and aft adjustment for the helmsman.
The Princess 55 Flybridge also features three well-appointed staterooms and two heads. Her master stateroom showcases a large double bed, dressing table, occasional table with seats fore and aft, and a private en-suite head. The guest’s staterooms feature a double bed and twin beds with a shared head. Aft is an optional captain’s quarter with a single berth and en-suite head.
Furthermore, the vast flybridge on the Princess 55 offers a convertible sunbed. Plus, twin helm seats, wet bar, and ergonomic dining areas. Her helm station features twin helm seats, adjustable steering wheel, and dual station instrumentation. Plus, controls that include 16” Volvo/Garmin screen displaying engine instrumentation, fuel gauges, rudder position indicator, and chartplotter.
Approaching a top speed of 33 knots, the Princess 55 Flybridge can be outfitted with twin MAN i6-800s or twin Volvo D13-800s.
The Princess 55 will be debut at the Southampton Boat Show in the UK this September. She will also be making her North American debut at the 2018 Princess Yachts Experience in January. Followed by a public debut at the 2018 Yachts Miami Beach Show in February.
