The luxurious 2011 40 Meter Westport Tri-Deck Motor Yacht (NINA LU), listed for sale by Michael C. Galati, has sold. Michael had the honor of representing the selling party in this transaction, with the buyer introduced by Kent Harrington of Ballast Point Yachts. The asking price at the time of sale was $14,950,000.
The incomparable “Nina Lu” Westport 40 Meter Motor Yacht was constructed by Westport in 2010 and delivered in 2011 as a multi-level motor yacht built for entertainment and the lavish lifestyle. Her GRP hull and superstructure support her 7.92-meter beam and 2-meter draft, while her twin 2,735hp MTU engines power her at a maximum speed of 24 knots.
