Our customer support department has been one of the core driving forces behind Galati Yacht Sales since our inception. Did you know Galati Yacht Sales, or as it was called in 1970, Anna Maria Yacht Club, originally started out as mainly a service company along with small boat sales and slip rentals? Mike, Carmine Sr., and Joe Sr., all worked in the Galati service department from a young age and helped mold the once small service shop to now three full-service marinas along the Gulf Coast dedicated only to Galati customers.

Our full-service marinas are equipped with travel lifts and are equipped for haul outs, bottom painting, equipment installations, and we are also an authorized warranty service center for engines, generators, air conditioning, and more. Today, Mike Galati leads the Customer Support (Service) Team for all Galati Yacht Sales, delivering world-class support before, during, and after the sale. Our service team makes up of more than 80 team members that continually rank amongst the best in the industry. All of our customer support technicians are factory trained and certified in their field of expertise. We also maintain a fleet of company vehicles to assist with maintaining the highest level of support available today. Our customer service employees take great pride in their ability to deliver our mission statement each and every day.
