Galati Yacht Sales Expands in Southwest Florida | Opening New Sales Location & Support Center
Galati Yacht Sales (GYS) announces the opening of a new customer support center in Fort Myers; further expanding its yacht services from Marco Island to Charlotte Harbor. Currently, Galati has four full-service operations – Anna Maria Island, Tampa, Destin, and Naples, Florida — dedicated to serving the customers who purchase new and late-model yachts from GYS.
“By re-locating and expanding our Naples customer support center to South Ft. Myers, we will be more centrally located and can better accommodate our customers,” explains Mike Galati. Additionally, we will continue to have mobile ‘dockside’ service.”
Galati Yacht Sales is renowned for its customer support. The customer support centers are reserved for customers who purchase a new or late model yacht from GYS.
New Ft. Myers Location
Additionally, we will open a sales office in downtown Ft. Myers at The Luminary Hotel. This office includes slips on the Caloosahatchee River to showcase inventory and plans to open in February 2021. Furthermore, we are currently seeking to relocate the Naples sales office to incorporate waterfront access.
“While we have always had a presence in Southwest Florida, we see this expansion of both Sales and Customer Support as an aggressive long-term growth strategy,” says Darren Plymale COO. “Southwest Florida, especially the coastal communities, continues to experience growth in new residents, and boating is the perfect recreational activity for many of our prospects and clients moving into the area. We want our sales offices to be on the water and close to where yachting enthusiasts gather.”
