We are proud to announce that Galati Yacht Sales is now 100% employee-owned. Galati Yacht Sales (GYS) announces the transfer of beneficial ownership of the company to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

This exciting transition ensures the Galati legacy continues for generations to come while empowering employees with real ownership in one of the world’s leading yacht sales and service companies.
