We continuously invest in the ability to support our customers in all aspects of yacht ownership. Our investments include having locations with yacht service yards to service vessels, and the ability to provide full customer support after the sale. Since our service program is exclusive for Galati customers, we do not perform outside service work. This benefits our customers immensely by getting them back out on the water as soon as possible.
Our 2019 customer satisfaction index report is a prime example of our commitment to our customer’s satisfaction. A CSI is an analytical tool for measuring customer satisfaction with a product, service, or company. This helps companies find reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction behind a purchase or service. The importance? This data helps companies improve quality and value while ensuring a more efficient and economical operation. Our 2019 CSI report shows the overall performance of our four service yards located in Anna Maria, Destin, Naples, and Tampa Bay.

This number not only reflects the importance of our core values and mission statement, but it also reflects our amazing team members.
