New Yacht Models Released in 2021
As 2021 comes to an end, we are looking back on some of the most extraordinary new models that the yachting industry has graciously brought us throughout the year. These new yacht debuts are from leading yacht manufacturers including, Viking Yachts, Princess Yachts, Prestige Yachts, Maritimo Yachts, and Cruisers Yachts. Viking 64 Convertible
Making its world premiere at the 2021 FLIBS, Viking Yachts 2nd Generation 64 Convertible, highly anticipated by sportfishing enthusiasts, proved to be a huge success. Following the award-winning 54C announced last year, the all-new Viking 64C is poised to become another best-in-class contender on the tournament circuit and the new standard in luxury, accommodations, and comfort. The fierce mid-range battlewagon highlights a four-stateroom-three-head layout, 180-square-foot cockpit, spacious accommodations, and much more.
Viking 90 Sportfish
Following the world premiere of the 64C, Viking Yachts also announced the all-new Viking 90, the Ferrari of Sportfish yachts. Following the success of the 92 Vikings, the 90 Viking holds all of the incredible qualities of its brethren, combined with more comprehensive performance standards, technology, and versatility. Three models will be available including, the 90C, 90EB, and 90SB. The Viking 90 Convertible will make her world premiere at the 2023 Miami Boat Show.
Prestige X60
Prestige X60Joining the award-winning X70 Prestige in the X-Line series this year was the all-new X60 Motor Yacht. The Prestige X60 features similar strong points in spaciousness, free-flowing movement, and lavish finishes. With her striking profile, redistributed space, multiple zones for relaxation, and exceptional comfortability onboard, she intends to strengthen the brand’s position in the market segment for larger motor yachts. Prestige – Catamaran Line
Renowned for luxury motor yachts in the 40-70 foot range, Prestige Yachts is branching out into a new line of luxury, with a continuous focus on the future. Earlier this year, Prestige Yachts announced the concept of the new M-Line Power Catamaran yachts. The French yacht manufacturer intends to lead the way into the Powercat market with designs that meet the expectations of both private owners and charter management companies. 2021 Motorboat of the Year – Prestige 420 Flybridge
In addition to the M-Line news, Prestige Yachts 420 Flybridge, a finalist in the “Flybridges up to 50 ft” category, won the award based purely on design, ability, and value for money in their chosen marketplace. From her pleasing aesthetics to reliable performance and optimized distribution between exterior and interior layouts, the 420 FB is the most impressive yacht of its class, offering unequaled comfort and enjoyment with life at sea.
Maritimo Yachts
Maritimo Yachts globally revealed four new models in 2021, including the M600, S600, M60, and S60. That does not include the global launch of the M55 and S55. The extensive new model roll-out has been in development behind the scenes since the beginning of last year. Cruisers 34 GLS
Cruisers Yachts released the new 34 GLS outboard at the 2021 FLIBS, pushing the boundaries of versatility and entertainment space. She is the ultimate yacht for day cruising, overnight adventures, and extended weekend outings. Highlights of the 34 GLS include multiple entertainment spaces, a comfortable stateroom, all the latest electronics, and twin 300 Mercury Verados.
2021 Robb Report Recipient – Princess X95
Although launched last year, the X95 Princess took home the “best of the best” award by the renowned Robb Report for 2021. The Robb Report is the leading voice in the global luxury market.
