Galati Yacht Sales announces the sale of “Cutting Edge,” a 2016 101 Hargrave Pilothouse. Sales professional B.Kummer had the privilege of assisting the sellers in the sale of this exceptional custom superyacht. Denison’s Mike Burk brought in the buyers. This 101 Hargrave was nothing short of extraordinary with tons of extras. No detail was missed, and her level of customization and year build put her at the best-priced yacht in the market in the 100-foot range. Her asking price at the time of sale was $5,995,000. Read More About Cutting Edge The interior of this Hargrave yacht features a handcrafted walnut-paneled main salon, as well as a country kitchen, and elegant dining area. Notable features of the salon and dining area include (2) wine coolers, walk up aft bar, custom ceiling panels, (2) custom cocktail tables, 60” TV screen, custom rectangular dining table, Glant Lombardia Melange/Piazza sofa, and much more. Furthermore, the galley is stunning Quartz in a taupe tone called Pearla Venato. The taupe tops, stainless steel appliances, and the white Mother of Pearl backsplash all combine well together to capture the attention of anyone who enters. The floor in the galley is a solid porcelain tile from Porcelanosa. It is installed in a plank wood style pattern and is beautiful and durable at the same time. There is also plenty of storage, pullout pantries, (2) refrigerator drawers, a gallery style 36” refrigerator, and double sinks; all in stainless steel. “Cutting Edge” accommodates up to eight people comfortably over four large en suite staterooms, in addition to an expansive full-beam master suite. The master suite displays a couple of unique features including a small (2) person banquette for having a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a drink when getting ready for dinner. The bed is all upholstered and designed to be the center of attention. All the other components in the room have only one task; to frame the bed and amplify the luxurious surroundings and fabulous cabinetry details and craftsmanship. The crew quarters is aft and offer (2) entrances. There is a staircase from the aft deck to the crew lounge/crew galley and laundry area. There is an 8’ settee and a flat-screen TV for time off. The crew galley is complete with an under-counter refrigerator, sink, and microwave. This 101 Hargrave Yacht has a flybridge that can easily accommodate up to 24 people comfortably. Her upper deck is comparable with much larger yachts due to her much larger feel and available amenities. “Cutting Edge” showcases two large L Shape settees and a full-service bar to port with bar stools. Also, there are two small cocktail tables and a large dining table for alfresco-type dining. Furthermore, there is a covered sun pad for those that enjoy lounging in the comfort of shade; if you’d rather opt-in for sunbathing, chaise lounges are present aft of the flybridge. Starboard aft, there is a cooking area, built-in cooler, and subzero drawers for refrigeration. The 60” spa tub is also located in this area and offers a beautiful teak bar with stools. Her high-performance power is thanks to twin CAT C-32 engines of 1,675 hp each. She has a maximum speed of 21 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots. Also, she has the Naiad 360 at rest system for anchor and is upgraded to the double bow anchor setup for med mooring.
