This is the 2nd boat that I have purchased through Stan Miller Yachts, both times with Blake Oversmith as my broker. 20 years ago Blake sold me a 47 foot Nova ACMY and later assisted me in the sale. Most recently I decided that I wanted to purchased another yacht so I looked up Blake and I’m happy to say that I found him right where I left them, selling boats in San Diego. Blake immediately found what I was looking for and assisted me, long distance, in all aspects of the negotiation and finalization of the purchase. I live approximately 450 miles away from San Diego Harbor, in Mesquite Nevada. I felt confident in making my offer on the boat with nothing more then Blakes investigation and input concerning all aspects of the vessel. Blake handled everything and I was confident that I would love the boat. When my wife and I finally traveled to San Diego we were both thrilled with the boat and the purchase package that Blake put together on my behalf. When it comes to boats I am quite picky and detail oriented. I would guess that very few people make a purchase of this magnitude, sight unseen. The only reason that I did this is because I had Blake Oversmith working for me and looking out for my best interests in every regard. Once again he did not let me down. I would recommend Blake to anyone in the market for a canoe all the way up to a mega yacht. I have been involved in a number of transactions concerning purchase and sales of boats and, by far, Blake Oversmith was the most knowledgeable, laid-back and easy-going person I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
