Combining classical design with both Turkish origins and total customization is none other than Vicem yachts. In the 1980s, Sebahattin Hafizoglu discovered a passion for schooners of the Bosporus, also known as the Turkish gullet, which is a wooden sailing vessel consisting of traditional design with two or three masts. With this in mind, he decided to reinterpret this design, making a modernized motor yacht version.
Vicem Yachts Design
The design of Vicem is one-of-a-kind, and so is the build of these boats. Every piece aboard a Vicem yacht is both made and installed by hand. Vicem yachts are crafted using state-of-the-art Cold Molded wood and epoxy techniques. Combined, these two methods provide a uniquely crafted and dependable wooden hull. Vicem Yachts' key values orbit total customization, timeless design, and excellence in craftsmanship.
